Every Someone who enters a client's home has passed through a rigorous, personal vetting process. We do not take shortcuts here — because the stakes are too high.

The Initial Interview
Every candidate begins with a thorough personal interview conducted by our team. We are looking for more than qualifications — we are assessing character, communication, reliability, and whether this is someone we would trust in our own homes. Many candidates do not make it past this stage.

Background Check
All candidates undergo a comprehensive background screening including criminal history, identity verification, and employment history. We use professional background check services and review every result personally. A clean background check is necessary but not sufficient — we look at the full picture.

Reference Verification
We require a minimum of two professional references and we actually call them — every one. We ask specific questions about reliability, discretion, work quality, and how the candidate handled difficult situations. A reference that raises any concern is explored thoroughly before a candidate advances.

Skills Assessment
Depending on the role, candidates may be assessed on specific skills — cleaning standards, caregiving protocols, organizational systems, or professional conduct. We align the assessment to the actual demands of the placement.

Client Matching & Introduction
We only present candidates we genuinely believe fit the role and the household. We do not send lists. We present people — usually two or three — with a full briefing on why we think they are the right fit. You meet them, ask your questions, and decide.

Onboarding & Check-In Period
The first 90 days of any placement are the most important. We stay close — checking in with both the client and the placed individual to ensure things are working well. If adjustments are needed, we make them. If the placement is not working, we address it directly.
